Paschos, who was diagnosed with leukemia at age 17, said his experience fighting cancer inspired him to go into medicine.
“I love the interaction between patient and doctors,” said Paschos, a Rush Medical College alum. “I loved what I had with my doctors and I wanted to share that from the opposite end of the spectrum as a physician with patients.”
